Chatty DM has a great post up about reactions to the RPG hobby.  I thought I might share my story.  I grew up in a Christian environment.  I really don’t think that it’s all that uncommon  to be a Christian and a roleplayer.  I suspect that there’s quite a bit of roleplaying that goes on even in the most conservative of seminaries, but that is pure conjecture on my part.  My upbringing, however, did delay the onset of my hobby.
